I bought one of these from James for this winter based on this thread. Arrived fast. Had a software problem with the app not working on my brand-new Android phone.

Emailed Switcheon support, got an immediate response, and within 24 hours they had updated their software code and everything works perfectly. Great product and amazing response from their IT department.

Looking forward to a winter of easy pre-heats.

I have several of these devices shipping today (yes on a Saturday). If you preheat and do not have wifi at your hangar then you need SwitcheOn. SwitcheOn will save you time and money helping you preheat on demand.

I should have been more clear with my post. My phone was brand-new and a just-released Android model. The software not working was because of that, not anything to do with the Switcheon. Didn't mean to imply others were likely to have the same experience, especially now that it's fixed. In fact, with other products, I've had this problem, since I'm always buying new tech gadgets, and the manufacturers don't care, or take months to support new devices. I almost never leave reviews but felt compelled in this case. Carry on

I have more SwitcheOns coming into stock. They are flying off the shelf. I talked to a guy that had to drive an hour each way to plug in his airplane just to go flying in the morning so we'll take care of that for good. Remember, SwitcheOn has a lifetime warranty as long as you continue the service.

I just ordered mine and got it yesterday. It took all of 15 minutes from opening the box to up and running. Couldn't be easier. Thanks for the quick shipping James!
