Several PC-24's have busted the noise limit at SMO. Probably poor technique, but it seems to be a problem

We bought one at my day job late last year. It flies 3-4x/wk for us. It's an incredible aircraft. It has a few annoying habits, but it does everything it is advertised as capable of. We've flown it in and out of the CEO's ranch w/ a gravel strip multiple times with nary an issue.

Richard, I'm curious. Are those yokes as small as they look? Is it ever an issue?

Nope. Never thought about it until you said that. Sorta halfway between Mooney & Bonanza yokes.
But for clarity, i'm not the pilot. I'm one of the guys in the back. I've flown right seat a few times.

Quite a few other jets get in and out of SMO without noise problems. CJ's, Embraers, Falcons etc. Prior to the runway shortening, Gulfstream IV's and Challengers did it without a problem.
I would be concerned that the PC-24 would have noise issues at SNA, especially at night, LGB at night, VNY at night and other places.
An occasional violation is one thing, but there have been far too many by the PC-24.
I know very little about the plane, but this would worry me.

Noise is not merely a function of engines. Drag increases measured noise by quite a bit. It may be that the climb angle is too high or it may be some characteristic of the airframe.
For example, Cessna 310's never bust the noise at SMO, unless you leave the gear down too long, or climb at a very high angle.
A 310 with 470's will not normally bust at SMO, but a B55 with the same 470's often will because of the recommended climb speed and hence steeper angle.

And a 300e has Pratt’s on it, not Williams.

Brad Yep, and they're bigger... but I don't know for sure that they make more noise. I wouldn't think anything in that class would be different enough to notice.
