I think that the best is the claim to fly at 35k feet. He had to up the level of crazy from Raptor... "Hey, he got to claim this and that, so I will claim even more...!!" What is next?

The biggest hurdle I am working on now id getting the kit cost below $50,000. It will probably have to go up to $75,000 soon so you better get a deposit in soon!

The "Brooklyn Bridge" article was fun. The scammer was a little smarter than we assume, and the buyers a bit less gullible.
It looks like he usually claimed ownership of a small parcel of land just in front of the bridge that was necessary to cross in order to reach the bridge.
Then he'd sell the small parcel (which he still didn't own) and the buyer would try to build a toll booth on the small parcel. So the bridge itself was not sold, just a little parcel of land in front of it. And then repeated the same scam for Grant's tomb, Gramercy Park, etc.
You can imagine the yarn he'd spin - still mad the city built a street across his property, they city didn't have a proper easement, he can't fight them in court due to some strange reason, but you can buy it and put up a tollbooth..... you won't have to operate it for long, the City will buy you out for a handsome price once you assert your rights....

He might as well claim that this thing is wind powered to get those numbers! Uses no fuel. Doesn’t contribute to global warming and is made all natural with reusable bamboo. Why?!?!?!? Just why….. oh, naivety, money, and/or narcissism.

This sort of hype is pretty common. I am in close contact with a research group at one of the big tech companies, and they are constantly getting scammed by people who have figured out a way to do nuclear fusion, or some other exotic and difficult problem. Same flashy graphics and insane performance claims. Some of these companies are quite large - like Tri Alpha Energy. https://tae.com/They had a nice technology concept, but a few years ago it was shown not to work. (electrons thermalize too quickly). But they have funding, so they keep going.

Since we won’t be limited by bleed air, we will be able to maintain a sea level cabin all the way up to FL 800 or higher. Icing is not an issue at those cruising altitudes and we will include anti-ice provisions for climb and decent, but as this is an experimental aircraft, FIKI certification is not possible or applicable. I will take Bitcoin and most major currencies, except Afghan afghani.

I'd go that direction, then also electrically charge the aircraft to repel water molecules, bugs, birds, and even drones.

I always started with our Security office, requesting dossiers on the principals. Lots of grifters with PowerPoints. A few with interesting criminal histories!

Did you just buy up all the used LOON balloons? Let us know how the Hydrogen STC is working out.
