 Do I understand correctly. Is he saying that with a "system similar to a home oxygen concentrator" he's going to increase the O2 percentage in the entire cabin? That would seem to be the conclusion if you don't need a cannula. We need to get Peter off this whole Raptor thing and move him over to Global Warming. If he can figure out a way to easily increase the O2 percentage in an unpressurized cabin, he could surely find a way to knock a couple of hundred PPM CO2 out of the atmosphere.  Problem solved.
