A Bronco appeared in the Tuesday show at OSH. Was pretty cool to see.

Here’s a picture of the Bronco that was at OSH. It’s for sale if anybody is interested. :)

It’s marked as a Navy aircraft and it has an unusual nose, different from any other Bronco I’ve seen. It also has some unusual exhaust stacks, an air scoop on the front probably to cool the exhaust for a reduced IR signature

The "for sale" sign for this one...

That Navy Bronco also appears to have a different nose gear than the others I’ve seen. The normal one has a trailing link nose gear as well.

The nose gear is spun around backwards in that OSH photo from being towed by the mains with a spreader bar - we moved it around a bit while it was there. (Still different, but does look funny when it's spun around the wrong way)

They crew flying it said it's one of their favorites to fly...don't blame them.

The D models were all converted A models. Long nose that can mount FLIR, exhaust stacks, T76-420/421 1000HP engines (similar to 331-10s), Composite props, different avionics and engine instruments. This one is labeled a D+ due to the Marsh four blade Hartzell conversion from the Ham Standards. This one looks like one of the spray birds that were based at Patrick AFB. Probably has drop tanks that I supplied.

Does anyone know the asking price?

I didn’t see an asking price on the “available for purchase” sign. I’m sure you could call the restorer to find out. Probably more than than I made in a week when I was working. :D

Does it have a free castering nose gear?

This particular model seemed to be the case - I don't recall any linkage disconnect/reconnect required like some of the others, but we moved a variety of planes so might just not be recalling that part.

Nice baggage capacity! (Zoom in and read the fine print.)

It has a hydraulic steering actuator but can go full circle when disconnected. Very awkward to back up with the off center trailing link. I use a standard tow bar slowly and carefully.

That one is from Matt’s shop in Chino. Price is 2.1 million. As far as I know this is the first flying OV10 to come onto the open market.
