Possibly the least informative Controller add I've ever seen.

It's old, it's an orphan, it has a TIO-541. Good news is that you could probably make your own parts for it if it breaks. Bad news is you probably have to make your own parts if it breaks.
I would have liked to see a picture of the panel. A hangar neighbor at my airport bought one of these and has been working on it for more than a year. He let me sit in it and make airplane noises. It's a really stout airframe, rivets and doublers everywhere and an overhead switch panel. It looks like Douglas Corporation built it.
It has one of those cool retracting landing lights that lies flat on the bottom of the wing when stowed and not it use.
I have heard it's a bit of a pig, heavy on the controls, and climbs slowly.
A real unicorn.

I have flown one some. Way ahead of its time.
Cavernous cabin, good performance, ponderous roll rate, and aileron control forces like a DC-3.
A wonderful airplane, but not for the faint of heart.
P.S. The Duke -541 will not fit in it. (I have been told)

Hmm… How many Mooney bankruptcies ago was that?

Nope. That distinction goes to the one built in Tarbes.

Here is an interior shot of that Mustang. Look at that massive gear handle.
