Thanks! It needs a little TLC, but I think we can give it that.

Yeah, I'll take care of the maintenance stuff, but it's still nice to have help. Daun is the manager of the Department of Opening and Closing the aircraft...

Hi guys, this is Vickie right after we brought her home in Jan 08. Our little girl named her "Vickie the V-Tail" It kinda stuck. Jeff, if you wouldn't mind, I could use some help re-sizing the photos in order to be able to use em as an avatar.

Well, for better or worse, I am now a Baron owner. N7MG is now at her new home at MEI. She is fast, but I am having LE fuel flow problems above 9000'. Only at altitude, and it is corrected by turning on the low pump. Troubleshooting this weekend. A quick initiation into twin ownership.

Looking forward to lots of good flying for years to come, though.

just picked up my bird in FL - and with a kidney stop in KILM - back to 20N
only 6.5 hrs! not bad. I love this plane.

After swearing that I'd never buy an old, low-wing, V-tailed airplane, a deal came along that I couldn't pass up. Last Fall I purchased a 1959 K35 that will be my first Beechcraft. Other than a few minutes of flight time (right seat only) in my uncle's Debonair, I had no other time in a Beech of any flavor, being a Cessna pilot for the most part (owned a C172 and C177RG at one time). I'm rather liking Bonanza at this point, especially finding ATC treats us Bonanza pilots better than others.

Welcome aboard glad to have you. Great looking plane. I came from the C and P world, and I too noticed that ATC seems nicer to Bonanzas. :headset:

I think you'll fit in here well, in your photo I can see at least one Porsche, amazingly it seems like love and marriage, Beech and Porsche. Tell us more about both.
Also please put your location (city state as well as airport) in the location part of your profile, it makes it so much easier for us to relate to your stories, as well as help your local beech-talk guys to know your a neighbor. :cheers:
