Hello, after much consideration, I won't be building on this lot I purchased some years ago. It's a .645 acre, fully improved lot located at Mountain Air Community, near Burnsville, NC. We're about 30 miles outside Asheville. $23,500. Fully improved .645 acre lot with water, sewer, power and cable from the paved street for sale. Lot is at 3300' elevation on a slopping hillside with a creek at the bottom. Land comes with full access to all seven Mountain Air parks and runway access. Current HOA dues are $226/mo and yearly Yancy County property taxes are approximately $600/yr. HOA dues covers 24/7, attended gated entry, all grounds landscaping, runway maintenance/insurance, roads including winter plowing, garbage and mountain WIFI. NO required timeline to build or join MA County Club membership although it is spectacular! Airport is 2NC0, near Asheville, NC. Much has been written about this community and amenities are amazing include a world-class country club, spectacular golf, parks, trails and views. Altitude affects Attitude !! A little bit more about Mountain Air, https://youtu.be/mW17xzuXkNw Viewing is possible but coordination is required. Call or text to start the conversation, 425-358-1610.

Clear approach, no published procedures, land uphill, depart downhill. Large turboprops and small jets visit often. Min sq foot is 1600'.
Also, ramp parking only with no min or max timeline as you are an airport owner. I believe there is a new assigned golf cart at the field so you can go get your own transport after landing. There are also restrooms and phone at the parking area.

New awesome video dropped just in time for Sun N Fun 21' https://youtu.be/3pXxUrrsrYMProperty owners have full access to the runway, no fee parking, access to all seven parks including firewood, 24/7 serviced security gate. $250/mo HOA- covers runway insurance, garbage, wifi, plowing and more. $700/yr property tax. Building notes. 1600 Min sq footage, no timeline to build, $4000 water/sewer tap fee. I talked with a few area builders and all are very capable to build with its terrain requirements. Mountain Air Country Club, famed golf course and amenities are available for a separate fee.
