I am replacing with a GTN750. Project starts this week and 480 should be out within days.
I sent the unit to Garmin March 2019 to replace the big knob and while there i had the unit given a full checkup before Garmin stopped service. "Met all operational performance specifications" according to Garmin. i have the supporting Garmin and Avionics shop paperwork. Spent $1400.
No cosmetic flaws. Looks like new.
Performs great. It will be available with tray, cables and antenna. Turn key.
I'll get pictures as soon as its removed.
Price: $4,500.
If interested, PM and i can supply pictures and scans of repair paperwork.
Or, email directly....
