I opened an aviation focused Etsy store for my "Litho-Plane" prints: https://www.etsy.com/shop/Aloft3DPrintingI also am able to perform 3D design work if you have a need. I've designed and printed cockpit iPad shades, an Avidyne keyboard mount, scat coupler, decorative hub caps and other useful objects. I'd also be happy to discuss 3D printing with anyone in the group who has interest ... then you can make your own cool and useful stuff!

I think you'd have a lot more success at a passable part if you 3D printed a mold and vacuum form clear acrylic over the mold, then trim to fit. You can make a lot more parts per hour that way as well. However you make them if they are good and clear I'm sure you would sell a lot of them!

Attachment: Osborne Tip Tank Lens.jpg Just thinking out loud, have you called Great Lakes Aero Products and asked them to make them? If they know there is a demand, I'm sure they would tool up for them. They would probably need one for a templet, or some kind of templet. I think you would find their price is very reasonable... https://www.glapinc.com/

great place for keys/change/phone etc! Yes, but I would need measurements and photos. I can print with burn cert'ed filament but cannot claim any FAA related approvals. Thanks Rich
