It feels like there should be additional parts like a tube of some kind that is currently missing off mine. The leather sleeve is loose and falling down. I personally believe it is a falling hazard, if someone were to try and stabilize themselves and the sleeve slides with their grip.
I need help identifying what parts are needed and then a source to procure the parts.

My leather sleeve is connected to the mounts for the cable at the door frame. It appears to go inside the mount somehow. On one side there is foam around the cable inside the sleeve which keeps the shape of the sleeve. (Missing on the other side, so it does bunch up).
