Not a canard guy, but also found it interesting that he had 1000+ on the nose when raised on the center of lift for the main wing...is that typical?

No idea.

I don't know anyone that's ever checked that before. I'm not even sure how to determine the center of lift with a swept wing.

A video a day.

Getting some last minute ad revenue before the prototype flops its performance goals.

Or being open and transparent... If anyone suspects an ad revenue boost, just don’t watch.

Best,

IIRC the center of lift is located at the mean aerodynamic chord of the wing, which takes into account both sweep and taper.

I don't think the AC and MAC are exactly colocated on all wings but the AC is always measured relative to the MAC and AFaIK they're always fairly close.

Well, he’s got some problems. He sounds like someone that’s in the give up stage. It’s like building your own experimental, 90 percent done, 90 percent to go. 100 percent chance this thing will need something even after it flys. He’s out of funds and patience.
