Great airplane. Range, speed, solid airframe, best cabin in it's class... except maybe the Premier, but the 400A has more seats. Take a late model, low time 400XP... add the engines, winglets and a G5000 and you have the ultimate jet of that category. I'd rather have it than a CJ3+ and that is saying something!

Username Protected wrote: If only it was SP That is an obvious and justifiable negative, however I believe that in any high performance jet a full crew is a plus. I know a lot of folks who operate CJ3's and 4's, most operate with two pilots, some all the time but all of them if there is any weather or they are flying into busy airspace. BUT... PLEASE... Let's not get that debate started again. The reality is that the Beechjet is a Part 25 airplane and it will never be single pilot.

Exactly! The MU2 and the Beechjet are basically twins. Flying tanks. The Beechjet is so much stouter than a Citation that there is hardly a comparison.

I was told that wasn’t an option with the 600 series You may be right on the Mustang however the PW610F-A on our old Eclipse was visited by Standard Aero every time we needed warranty work and they did our hot sections on-wing & on-site in Florida. Their guys told me Pratt subs all the field & repair work to them. We were on the Pratt engine program. YMMV.
