Theres always some pilot in the interview pool that will work for whatever they offer. For whatever reason, lost a job and 3 kids in private school, recent divorce, whatever. And the flight school without flight training is a great idea. But with the deepening pilot shortage its becoming less and less of a factor and a lot of pilots are growing a pair during negotiations. -E
