Jose flys my friends CJ for him also. Flew us up to Canada this summer.

I loved flying the 31. It was my first type and I was so far behind that thing in my training. I went from a Champ driver to a Lear captain in less than 30 days. The airplane flew a lot better than the sim. I’ll admit I saw the red screen once on a high, hot, and heavy session. I’m still thankful for all my taildragger time. I had a good respect for that machine, it was a scooter for sure. 510 let’s go!

Why are the 31s so cheap? Are the 35s that worse to fly; you could probably steal one of these? Mark, the AP is bad? There's a 31 with fresh engines for $600K. The inspections don't seem terrible according to Spectra's flat rate pricing; no worse than 1-5s on Citations. Are they that big of a step up from flying an old Citation? Lears are arguably the most attractive looking airplane ever made. 31’s are range limited.

1200-1400 for the 31? What does a 35 do? Does the 35 have a Sperry 500 AP or what?

Tom or another Ins guy jump on. What would be minimum for SIC. Thanks Mark for the info.
