Years from now, when he gets out of prison, I wonder who he will be? I wonder how long it will take him to accept responsibility and then forgive himself. Given that the majority of prisoners are recidivous violators, there’s a very high probability that upon his release from prison shortly thereafter he will return to prison.

Head in the sand huh, what has shocked me the most when observing the downfall of fraudulent individuals is how many of those around them were complicit and get to immediately play the victim card due to circumstance She can't be prosecuted, but dollars to doughnuts she was at least in the loop about his actions

Don't you need to change the tail number back to the original N1TW to make it of historical significance?

Otherwise I'd agree - Decent avionics, some nice modifications, and a not insignificant time left on the engines for a part 91 operator. Who knows how TW treated it though... Robert

Who do you suspect he was with while that was occurring? You know, going about business as usual, totally not at the scene of the crime Also do we know who he was supposedly flying to meet in the twin when he ditched? I'll speculate she was not at the destination for the flight that would never arrive

She is a more difficult prosecution since she could claim wife & attorney privilege. But she’d be damn good leverage to motivate Theo to take a harsher plea rather than risk his spawn going into the foster care system. IIRC; her history as a restaurant owner involved consumer fraud, so her history ain’t exactly pristine.
