I've tried to find out about training costs......it seems to be a state secret. Neither SimCom nor FlightSafety will quote it over the phone, it seems....
I've got several hundred hours behind a PT-6-67....

stan When I did mine, it was $4,000 + instructor (travel) and aircraft expenses. 3 Green Aviation. Shane Jordan comes to your airport and trains you in your airplane. Excellent instructor and insurance approved. We did 8 hours of ground school on systems on operations then about 5 hours in the airplane over 2 days. Disclaimer: I had lots of PT-6 and King Air experience. Someone moving "up" to a PC-12 may be better served initially in a sim course.

I think that's a fair bit less than I paid for the 2 day recurrent. Is that an extra two pilot discount?
