Have the training facilities hired upper management from Signature?

List price is $9500 for an initial (NG) at SimCom, and 16k at FlightSafety, the later having a full motion sim. Legacy training might be cheaper. Legacy does not offer Pilatus training. The only simulator based outfit in the country for the PC12 are Simcom and Flight Safety. if you have the flexibility to complete the initial in the aircraft (the insurance policy for the aircraft you will be flying dictates this) - MP previously alluded to a couple of the best in the business.

How do they sell their service if they can't tell you a price?

That's messed up. You mean the person who answered the phone could not give a price and the sales person needed to call you back? I got my quote for Navajo over the phone...
