Hmmm. Is it even certified NOW? Not convinced it is, but haven't bothered to check the NSP list. As for costs... just to move it and get it re-set up... figure about $400,000 assuming you have a building with floor (2 feet thick concrete with tons of rebar), electrical, and ceiling height to handle it. I bet that has no bearing on the price to operate and maintain. Just getting 3 phase 480v to it is going to be expensive. Lots of old school electronics that probably render the whole thing inop when one board goes....
