Congratulations Doug. +1 on Juan and DFWAM - great shop, great people and Juan is a very competent and knowledgable pilot. Look forward to reading up on the upgrade progress.

Hey Doug I think I'm a year behind you in your 340 adventure. I live on a 2800 foot strip with water off one end so I've also been thinking of a STOL 340 plane. Do you (or does anyone) know of any that came up after yours for sale and that still might be available?
