Reminds me of a job I had in law school. I was clerking for a law firm in the afternoons, and one of my duties was to keep non-clients out of the parking lot. When they would park their car there and leave to go shopping, I would go out and chain a 50 gallon barrel to their front bumper. There was a sign on the barrel telling them to come inside and see me if they wanted their car back. I was watching out the window one day, when a guy showed up and saw the barrel chained to his car. He looked both ways, raised the hood, threw the barrel inside the engine compartment and sped away.

Piper has been "sandbagging" and is actually years ahead of Cessna in new power plant development. Also note the retention of the factory top cowling.
