For the record, Todd, you nearly sold me a second plane. If the guys at Performance could have convinced me a little harder re: adding a chute it would have been a deal. They say it can be done, but I'm not into going first (with planes that is).
Nice job, now go do it again. Jesse - The new owner is a 25k hour 777 captain. He absolutely loves this plane. I gave him 3.5 hours of dual yesterday and all without a checklist. He just could not get over that thought, but once I had him flying the plane by feel and memory he forgot all about flying a piece of paper and flying the wing instead. I literally had 4 full price buyers on the plane and it was the best in the country. My friend Brad has graciously offered to let me use his V35 when I want. I am going to float around in the Gulf of Mexico for a while and think about what is next. I'm very comfortable where I am now

Todd, you have been following the shark attacks and flesh eating bacteria, right?

Change in lifestyle. I have owned a plane since I was 18. Trying to slow down a bit and regain my sanity. Still flying, but not owning right now. Loved the Glasair, though. The airplane is truly an extension of your body. You just point it and it goes. It is the best flying single piston on the planet - period. Nothing touches it for handling, aerobatics, range, strength, and feel. Incredible plane!
