If I go more than that, I am even more cautious and conservative on the next flight (for example if IMC conditions, I don't want to be flying right to minimums, etc.). I travel overseas A LOT so sometimes I will go 3 weeks without flying. If so, I do the same thing -- a local flight to knock the rust off and get some landings in....
