Welcome to BT Shaw and good luck on your XC. If you ever make it to Iowa, you have a ride in the Red Bo waiting for you. ('67 V) Tip: on your cross country, don't be afraid to ask ATC. They are typically super helpful. On mine, going in to a larger class C, they changed the runways on me about 5 miles out. I got all turned around. I asked and they gladly helped. I had noted first solo cross country in the notes section of the flight plan.
