Pretty impressive, must have been light on fuel also. Trow in some ice, water or xwind on the runway and see what it can do.

I was at my airport which is 3100x60 when some guy landed in a Beechjet 400 I use some sub 3,000 foot strips. I've been in and out of Catalina in jets. Weight is a huge factor.

I landed in Budapest in the Eclipse in the craziest winter storm I've ever seen. 70 degree crosswind 35 gusting 50, snow blowing over the runway making it freeze. I didn't use all 150 feet of the runway width, but ...

Mine too, all that money and it handles like maybe a 206?

Not sure what s/n they plan to be cut in.
Is that a hot wing out there? Looks like it in the vid, but that would surprise/impress me. Wing is hot, windscreen uses bleed air, horizontal has boots on it.

I know one of the updates is electric glass windshield instead of bleed air. A blessing noise wise, future potential replacement cost wise, not so much.

The windshield bleed air on the M2 has been a sore spot for some M2 owners. It was supposed to be an electric windshield originally, but they started production with the bleed air set up to get things going. There's been some hangups getting the electric windshield resolved for the M2. Cessna has canceled the electric windshield commitment on the M2 as not feasible. They are working out compensation for the existing M2 owners who were expecting it. Bleed air windshield heat works fine. It takes a bit more thought to manage it for the changing flight conditions. I find it is rarely necessary. I often have engine heat on, occasionally have wing heat on when I see ice on the leading edge, and rarely need windshield heat on. Ice will form on the leading edge with no accumulation on the windsheild. BTW, boots are on the elevator tail of all CJ's with hot wings. You need to remember to turn on the tail boots in addition to the engine/wing heat.
