As an unknowledgable LSA pilot saving for a Baron, I came across www.Raptor.com,
The claims sem to be a quantum leap from all other aircraft. Has anybody come across this site. Is it a scam or are the figures possible
I am interested in the opinion of experienced light aircraft pilots

"Remodeling in progress" is not exactly a quantum leap.

Something to consider: Extraordinary claims, require extraordinary proof.

I know a few people that put down a deposit on one. If the deposit is really safe at escrow.com, they're only at risk for $99. If the company comes even remotely close to the target numbers, that will be an impressive airplane. It seems pretty far-fetched to me.

It could be a conspiracy theory.

John, do you really fly a 1952 Bonanza. Whats the performance like GPH cruise speed etc. They still get good right ups in flying forums. What amazes me though is the 1952 aircraft is very similar to the 2014 one. Thats what first interested me in the raptor site - looks like a bigger "modernisation" step than light aviation has taken for years. Why?
