JG, The Cirrus market is largely now a commodity. For those with access to the actual sales price data they can give you very accurate price picture of the plane and what it will sell for in the marketplace. The ones who have that data are the major Cirrus resellers or brokers. Sorry, but that is just the way it is. Tim

One of my best friends (who I have known for almost 20 years and who I trust implicitly) is one of the largest Cirrus pre-owned brokers in the world. He and his partner sold over 80 Cirri last year. They obviously have access to real world data on these airplanes and their values and they also share their sales data with the other really large pre-owned Cirrus brokerage firm. They don't, however, share their data with Vref, BlueBook, etc. Nor do I for that matter. -Neal

You know, that is not really a nice thing to say. There are a few brokers right here on BT that are stand up guys and will tell you if a plane is a decent deal. There are a few lawyers also here that are good guys. Labeling a person as a BSer when you don't even know them is just as bad as calling a someone a name due to the color of their skin. I usually find people that do not trust someone they have never met usually is this way because they are the same way - just sayin...
Todd, Thanks...it needed to be said.
