Hello from West Texas, I have been reading the BeechTalk forums for some time and decided it was time to step out into the light. I am a 300hr SEL private with IR flying mostly a 172 rental. I started looking (dreaming) in the For Sale-Aircraft forum earlier this year and came across an A36 that I just couldn't get past. After Max Grogan gave it a 4 thumbs up I purchased it August. Thanks to all for sharing your knowledge and adventures..... Attachment: N27T Pic1.JPG

Cheers, Steve Maybe if we get enough, we could even have a BT lunch out this way!

Welcome, David. You're going to love the A36.
I've got a pal from high school that's lived in Odessa for a while.
