The ONLY thing guns don't go with is alcohol.

You've never been to a Bama game or a race at Talladega.

Roger,

My son is at Elon ....i love that area! KBUY, duck hunting, pheasant hunting....and then all that other stuff? Conrad, who is in Statesville, will tell you I talk a good game but have blown through too many times. Are you going to knoxville at the end of the month? We should all meet up. I still have a dream of going duck hunting in Arkansas in december or January.

Kevin and Chris looks like we are about to get up a plane load. Kevin we can make that dream a reality. Forgive my ignorance but what is happening in Knoxville at the end of the month? I presently have a flight planned to Southwest Florida and then on to the Bahamas in Late December this year so we might have to shoot for 2014 for the Duck hunt but it would be fun for sure. If you are in the Triad area visiting your son and want to do some preserve bird hunting or shoot some sporting clays let me know and I'll be glad to arrange it and provide ground transportation.

There is a thread on it. But in summary, Max G. organized a fly in to downtown Knoxville in May and hosted a BBQ lunch. It was a rather resounding success; a fair number of people stayed for the weekend. So Max decided to do another one at the end of October.

Roger,

Just to add to what Tim said, go to the top of this page to the section that says BT Calendar events and in the left hand column click on the one for Knoxville on October 26th. Sign yourself up ! Max has been called a lot of things but nothing less than gracious and gentlemanly....often referred to as the Squire of BT. And if you are lucky enough to meet his wife Bobbi ( who's only flaw is that she seems to like this nefarious group!) you will know why he is one of the happiest people on BT. Great airport, lovely town and superb folks.

And you are on for a little shootin' next Elon trip !

Best Regards,

Kevin
