Jeff/Jeff, if this is in any way a posting violation, let me know, as I don't want to infringe...but...

The CAF has Rednose at SGF this weekend...we are now able to offer, to licensed pilots, 20-30 minute dual instruction flights. This consists of back seat time, but with fully functioning dual controls. Acro if you want it, explore the flight envelope, etc. However, it's air time only...i.e., no takeoffs or landings. Flights will be with a CFI, and must be signed off in your logbook as dual instruction (per CAF regs). Cost is $1595 for 20 minutes air time....

Update: We had a tach drive fail. I flew to Omaha to get another one, so will have to figure out if that is all that's wrong.

Next weekend will be at Columbia, MO.....assuming we're operational by then.

As for a regular CAF event...the answer is yes, if we have a CFI available. Not all the P51 pilots are CFIs....
