What "gouge" is normally used for these airline interviews? Is it a paid service of some sort???

I think there are a few out there. One is https://www.aviationinterviews.com. There is a free portion but you have to pay for more detailed access.

When I committed to the airline track after leaving active duty, Skywest is where I went. . .and you know what. . I really liked it. And this was before the big pay raises for first year guys.

Drown out the naysayers bud. You're going to a very well run and professional group of pilots that run a very good airline.
