It a Chemtrail quality assurance checking device, it should only be handled wearing rubber gloves and a tinfoil hat

Weather balloon. Had one come down in my yard once. Smelled like sulfur. Also there was some type of ID on it and we were able to track where and when it was launched and it’s route. What surprised me is they launch these everyday and they are not laying all over.
