As most of you know, Neal Schwartz did a great job selling my A36TC a couple of months ago. I had been looing for over a year to find the right Malibu to buy. Well I finally found the plane and will be closing escrow on it next week. It is currently getting an annual and came through with flying colors on the pre buy. I am not sure that my hangar will fit both planes. If not, I will be listing my 1956 G35 for sale. It has a ton of mods NDH and has a beautiful Garmin center stack with audio panel, 430, 330, etc dual yoke, long window, etc. Total Time @4400 Engine SMOH E225 @925 And just had a very extensive annual from great shop here in Southern Cal.
