It just supports the old adage.

the cheapest way to get the airplane you want in the condition you want is to buy it ready to go with everything as you want it to be

It has the Century conversion. Which mens bleed air pressurisation and the newer TPE331-151's, which is good. Yes, that's the one for $175K. Haven't seen it yet, but it's in California. Gonna look at it in the week, hopefully.

Adam,

Which engines are on this plane? As far as I know there is no -151 model 331

Adam, Im wondering if you've had any recurring thoughts about the utility of your ole 520 and your current steed?

I really liked that bird. :) it got me started in Aero Commanders. I would still trade up to a 500B, but thats as far as I'd go.

Mr. Hancock taught me about the pitfalls of more complex Aero Commanders.

Miss that bird daily! But the fun thing is that one guy over at the Commander Forum is restoring his old 520 and has painted it in the Air Force 1 livery, so I'm living vicariously through him! Wonderful little docile STOL plane. But the 500B is the perfect evolution - great aircraft.
