Reminds me of about 10 years ago Im at a maintenance center in Brunswick Ga. They're working on Trumps (707?) I ask the pilots and mechanics about EFIS. They said they much preferred steam. One EFIS AHARS the plane was AOG and out $50K. Steam. redundancy and out maybe $2K.
Going to play you're going to pay. "They said they much preferred steam."

I took Mark up on his offer once. I’ll have 200 hours in the 550 by end of year.
It has been a very rewarding experience. I can’t thank him enough and would encourage you guys to do it.

It is rewarding to share these opportunities with others. On the other hand you need to take advantage of these great opportunities. I took a young flight instructor operating out of San Antonio for a chance to fly a Learjet back in the day. I still have the thank you card she mailed to me.

Been noticing that fuel programs sometimes price out higher than retail. Pretty sure I don’t get how that works.
Jet A is getting pricey. Paid $6.48 at KLAN. I have fuel farms at Scottsdale and Marquette. $2.35 gal plus 70 cent uplift. IBT is my new acronym.
I be tankerin’
