Don't know who the pilot was, but if you own your own, c47, Howard 500, b-25, and a 4000+' private strip with 150x150 hangar I suspect you can buzz your own property as much as you want. I don't think I would do it, but if I had those toys I might be willing. Trixie and I have been there and although there were no flybys that day it was a good time.
