Hi,
Our citation 500 has a Phase 1-4 coming up. There is a shop in San Diego that specializes in Citation phases. They send me advertisements all the time (offering to pay for gas to fly down, and they have quick turns etc.)
Of course, I threw the adds out and now I can't remember the name of the shop -- and I wanted to call them and see what they were all about... Figured somewhere on here would remember the name of the shop...
Also, if you wanted a quality Phase 1-4 done a 500 series citation, with a quick turn and no-nonsense/descent price on a 500 series cititation where would you go? (i.e. any recommendations?) We are based in PHX...

Hi Jim, I too would recommend Sierra Industries. There is not a better more experienced shop for 500/501 Phase Inspections than Sierra - period. Call +1 830.278.4481 x312 for a quote. Patrick Username Protected wrote: Hi,

I'm looking at a 501 that's for sale and just got a quote on Phase 1-4 from Sierra for about $12,000. The way I understood it, that's flat rate pricing, you pay extra only if there are squawks.

Good Morning Theodore,
You are correct. Here is a description/cost breakdown for the Citation 500/501 Phase 1-4 Inspections from Sierra Industries/KUVA:
Phase 1 - Nose, Cockpit, Interior 300 hrs. / 24 mo. $2,260.00 USD Phase 2 - Wings, Gear, Empennage 300 hrs. / 24 mo. $4,590.00 USD Phase 3 - Tail cone 300 hrs. / 24 mo. $1,121.00 USD Phase 4 - Power plants (both) 300 hrs. / 24 mo. $2,913.00 USD Phase 4 – (A/F Airframe Only) 300 hrs. / 24 mo. $1,024.00 USD
It will typically take Sierra 10-12 working days to generate/present a squawk list to the customer…
