Luc, Russell, You guys have drunk to much of the nanny state Kool Aid.  In reality, how high is the main rotor? Is that a danger of hitting anyone? As for the tail rotor, look how far apart those skaters are from the helicopter. I wonder how fast a person would have to be skating toward the helicopter and perfectly timed to get close to the tail boom. I am also somewhat willing to bet they heard him coming.  Can you say the pilot was an idiot, very likely. Especially if not briefed extensively ahead of time with the skaters and planned out. But as for regs and insurance.  Let boys be boys. Tim

I don't think we need any more regs.I think we need a lot less. If this was planned,good sport.No harm-no foul If it wasn't,just a good ass whipping would fix it.
