I know I am going to get grief over this announcement but here goes. My company AeroWorks is the newest Cessna factory Authorized Service Facility (Cessna service center) for singles, twins and prop jets. I approached Beechcraft first but a Beech Service Center is only a few miles away so they couldn't do anything. I will keep trying, hopefully in the future Beech may change their position. I will be attending the ABS maintenance academy next month..really looking forward to that!

Chris, Having a Beech service center near you might actually increase your business. Getting the word out that you encourage owner assisted maintenance most certainly will. I know from our conversations I will certainly consider your shop next year! Mike

Hi Mark, We finished our training on parts today so I wanted to wait before I made the announcement. Mike that's good advice. Right now I've got a set of V35s in the shop going over some post purchase squawks. A fellow BTer is one of them and he drove all the way from Alabama. We ran through a little more checking and troubleshooting at his request. It really works well when the owner is right there and can see what's going on, how long thinks take and can also make decisions. Plus we all have a good time, make new friends and learn stuff!

Look forward to anyone wanting to come by and check out our place.
Just to put a few programs we have that may be of interest.
1: Price matching. We will price match competitors shop rates and parts prices if we can. In most cases we can even come under those prices...give us a call and let's see what we can do!
2: Owner Assisted Annuals (OAA program). We encourage the participation of our customers in the maintenance of their aircraft. The owner / operator is ultimately responsible for the Airworthiness so why wouldn't you want to be involved? It is a good learning experience, you get a first hand view of what it takes to maintain your plane, your available to make decisions and its also fun!
3: Pre-buys. We assist many potential buyers each year by providing Pre buy services, either at our St.Louis, MO. Hangar or on site. We establish up front exactly what your expectations of the Prebuy will cover. Typically it is a review of the records, a ground run or test flight (preferred) to check systems, rigging and general health, aircraft checks ( visual, compression test, borescope, gear swings, etc.) , completion of a written confidential report we only share with the potential buyer.
Please call to discuss what we can do for you!
