Does anyone here know where I can get a C441 Conquest II POH in any format, prefer PDF? and a free download?

You can get the official C441 Information Manual (would be a POH if it was customized to a particular serial number). Available here and here depending on which aircraft serial number range you care about. They are not .PDF and are definitely not free, but it is available. You can decide whether it is worth it for your need.

BTW, you will see references to the "Flight Safety C441 Information Manual" for much less money, but it is a small subset of the manual above that Flight Safety copied for training. I got one but when I saw it I ponied up for the real thing.
