I know it's a Mooney, But 35k ? 150 smoh tsio520 By Zepher engine should be worth that.

It's got one of those antique 530's and an old GDL69.

I agree, at that price, buy it and throw TKS on it, and you'll have a great cross country all weather traveling machine.

Seems way too low... something major must be wrong with it.

With the tanks full, it can carry 160 pounds.

Umm, me thinks this auction will be ended early by the seller.

A zero feedback seller who's asking 35? I hope he realizes the reserve, if there was one ( it doesn't look like it), has been met. If the auction ended right now, he'd be obligated to let it go for the current bid of 27.

I'm sure there's ways around that, but I bet the current highest bidder wishes the auction ended right now...

...on second thought, it's got to be a scam auction, and will be terminated by eBay soon.

Gotta be a fraud.

The FlightAware speeds look pretty impressive.

I like Mooneys.

based on the registration date....this aircraft was probably sold sometime late August or early September 2011 (2011-09-23)

Something doesn't look right. That's really cheap for that plane. It has round windows, rear split seats, and long range tanks (think tips on a beech) none of which is original on that plane. If it's in reasonable condition a broker would buy it for 35k in a heartbeat.

Somehow I think this isn't legit or there's something missing in the ad. I hope I'm wrong and someone gets a great buy on the plane.

This absolutely, positively has to be a scam.

The engine, alone, is worth close to $35k (maybe more) - a TSIO520.
