I hope he has the same success the second time around that Steve Jobs did at Apple!

I don't think he ever left... His brother (and co-founder of Cirrus) Alan is still at his new company, Kestrel Aircraft. Or do I have this wrong?

I met Brent Wouters at a Cirrus function in Denver. He is more like the Pepsi Guy than Steve Jobs. So yes, this has to be good for Cirrus.

Not to say Brent was wrong for the job. He was the right guy to shop the company. Now that it has been sold, bringing Dale back should be awesome. Will be fun to watch.

I've never liked Cirrus. Let airplanes be airplanes, let cars be cars. Don't try to turn an airplane into a car. But I'm an airplane guy, I know they've had a lot of success with this design strategy...good business I guess, just not my kind of thing.

Tyler I agree with you 100%. But even though I don't like Cirrus airplanes myself I hope they do well as they are innovators and have brought a lot to GA and I expect that their competitors, including HBC, have improved their products as a result. They have also helped bring in new pilots to GA which are badly needed. Perhaps some of them will learn to fly and stick around and buy Bonanza's, Baron's and TBones!
