A 10 lb. bird at 250 kts is equivalent to a 10 ton impact.

Yeah, first I don't know how fast the RV-10 aircraft flys and secondly its the only number I remember when discussing bird strikes in ground school. :duck:

To my untrained eye it appears to have been struck by a swallow carrying a coconut, although I won't take a guess on the velocity :D
