Almost. Coors and Molson merged to form MolsonCoors, which is a U.S. based entity.

There is also a joint venture named MillerCoors, which is between MolsonCoors and SABMiller. My understanding is that SABMiller is basically the IP holders of Sam Adams Brewers. Coors brews Sam Adams, albeit in smaller batches than their regular stuff.

My sister is in the Coors operation and makes me know all this stuff. She quizzes me. Then, when we're trying to enjoy some kaltes bier, she picks my engineer brain to invent cool stuff for Coors.

It's a dirty job but someone has to do it.

Well, back to topic:

Cirrus went before the Grand Forks city council yesterday begging for a payment plan on their delinquent rent for the composites plant. They are 845k behind in payments and their staff is down from 300+ to 75. Of course they had nice power-point presentations on how the GA market is going to rebound in 2010 and how they will sell 300-400planes next year returning to profitability. I sincerely hope that they know something I don't know. But then there is the faint chance that they are just blowing smoke up the city politicians legs.
