The 30 and 55 series Lears use a similar inspection door on the bottom cowlings, part number 2652111-1. BAS shows a used one for $50, but it is missing the piece that attaches to the airframe. Is this for wheel pants? If so, drill a 1 1/4" hole in the wheelpant aligned with the valve stem. Then plug the hole with one of these. You can paint it to match the wheelpant or leave it au-natural.
