Aircraft: 1960 Twin Bonanza

Can anyone recommend a Cessna 414 guru to do a prebuy for a Cessna 414A in Long Beach California?

I can't use Tom's/OCR as they are the current shop maintaining it and I would like an outside opinion. Though the fact that they are maintaining it is a good sign.
