What was that one super oddball business jet (Maybe French) that those guys crashed after they couldn't get both started and tried to do a windmill start on the roll... It was a while back. Cant remember what that was.

I think it was an Aérospatiale Corvette

Aerospatiale SN-601 Corvette. Kinda looks like a Falcon.

I had a run in with that jackass. He was managing an air ambulance company and tried to scam me out of 10k. I caught him in a chain of lies then googled him and found that he was convicted of lying to the FAA. Dumbass didn’t realize his whole plan and conversation with non multi copilot (2 crew required) was on the CVR. Had passengers too and on tape talking about the failed starter generator.

MD 119/220 on 8/20/24. I knew a pilot that flew the twin JetStar on a demo. https://www.rbogash.com/jetstar.html

I first saw a Hansa Jet at Midland-Odessa airport, Texas in the early 80's. I gave it a ramp appeal rating of -10. :D

My boss wanted to buy a Paris Jet, but I talked him into a Lear 24.

I always thought the 4-engine Jet Star 731 with the Garretts would be a cool airplane.

The Cessna 407, a four seater based on the T-37, never proceeded beyond the mockup stage.

Those all cj610 planes?
Maybe that was the only game in town

I think the 407 had standard T-37 J-69's.

Hansa jet was totally awesome. I think they used to have a magazine ad that had one of their pilots and he says this is Captain Hans Schmidt, and I’d fly this Hansa jet through a brick wall.

I forgot about the one I knew about!
Potez Heinkel CM-191 (Marbore)

We flew the Lear out to the Midwest a few years ago to drag it back to Cali where it is currently under restoration. It didn’t really want to go, but it did. Another fun formation adventure

Very similar to the Paris Jet.
Has “stadium seating”.
