The Porsche Mooney (M20L PFM) was also a bit of a unicorn. There are only 5 airworthy today according to Porsche.
Rare work of art in the firmament: Mooney with a Porsche aircraft engine

The control wheels in the Mustang sure look like Beech wheels, what's with that?

Also, the owner said there was no A/C, how can you have pressurization without A/C?

The P210R I got to fly had A/C, but it wasn't very good.

I bought an old car once that had lousy AC but it turned out that the Freon had all leaked out and it really wasn't working at all.

There‘s a Mooney Mustang at our field Basel LFSB, the only one left flying in Europe…asked one of the pilots for a ride and it‘s hopefully going to happen soon.

If you want A/C in most P-210s you gotta climb to “FL120” or higher. Otherwise, you have to deal with what Mother Nature offers. My instructor asked me why I planned a flight to 8500 in the 182. I told him - I didn’t plan for 8500 feet and got a curious stare. I planned for 68F! He laughed and we finished the brief and up we went. If it was 68F at 12.5, I would have climbed up there.
