N469JR Kitfox Speedster, was this a Kit Plane? Or could You buy it already Built?

I believe that Kitfox makes kits and LSA airplanes. At one time it seems like they had a “30 day to flying” option at the factory for builder support of kits but I may be confusing that with another company too.
