One big question is how much, if any, of the work will you being doing yourself? Or Are you asking with reference to having a shop do the work?
I just completely redid the interior of my twin comanche, but did nearly all the work myself.

I am an Airmod snob myself, but Dennis is not taking any work in right now until he gets some time consuming jobs out the door but you would be still looking at 1.5-2 years out so,
You should research Aviation X in the Houston area, online and YouTube, I think I would go there is I wasn't going to use Airmod.

Where are you? Are you doing the headliner too? Does the plastic need refurbishing or are you just needing seats, side panels and carpet?
